Finland is a leading country in environmental change research.
With this website we want to tell schoolchildren and anyone else who is interested directly about environmental change and the research into it. The project is led by the Research Centre for Ecological Change, which is a research centre comprising five professors and almost 60 researchers. On this site you will find ten short (3-5 min) videos and additional material to go with each one. The series is constructed so that each chapter works both alone and as part of a series. In each chapter you will find three kinds of material:

- Find out. Extra questions to help you dig deeper into the subject.
- Project. Here are suggestions for independent projects – some larger, some smaller.
All the sections work both in the classroom and in independent work.
